Husong 提供医疗预约陪同、居家陪伴，以及购物、用餐、户外与社交活动等非医疗性质的陪同与陪伴服务。
就医陪同包括什么？
包括挂号 / 报到、就诊期间陪伴、在适当情况下协助传达非医疗性质的信息、领取已开具的药物、后续预约协助，以及服务后的简要报告。
居家陪伴与活动陪伴可以协助什么？
居家陪伴以聊天、陪伴、共同活动及简单日常事务协助为主；活动陪伴可包括购物、咖啡馆 / 餐厅、户外活动及社交外出，并按个人兴趣与步调安排。
Husong 的收费是多少？
医疗预约陪同、居家陪伴及活动陪伴的服务费为 RM50／小时，最低预约 3 小时，即 RM150 起。如涉及交通、停车、活动用品或其他经确认的相关费用，将另行计算。
车费和停车费包括在收费内吗？
不包括。Husong 的时薪为陪同 / 陪伴服务费；交通、停车、活动用品及其他经确认的实际支出另计。如需要交通安排，我们会在确认预约前先讨论相关安排与费用。
Husong 的陪伴人员是否受过培训？
是。Husong 的陪伴团队均受过培训并获得认证，并持续提升服务知识、服务标准与专业技能。
服务过程中家属会收到消息吗？
需要时我们会与家属保持沟通，并在每次服务结束后提供简要活动报告，让家属更了解当天的情况。

可以安排人陪父母去吉隆坡的医院吗？
可以。Husong 在吉隆坡及雪兰莪提供医疗预约陪同，可陪同前往医院或诊所，并协助挂号 / 报到、就诊期间陪伴、领取已开具的药物及后续预约等非医疗性质的协助。
我因为工作不能请假，可以由 Husong 陪父母看诊吗？
可以。如果您因工作或其他安排无法亲自陪同，我们可视人员安排，安排受过培训并获得认证的陪伴人员陪同您的父母，并在服务后提供简要报告。
如果我人在海外，但父母住在吉隆坡或雪兰莪，Husong 可以帮忙吗？
可以。只要服务地点在吉隆坡或雪兰莪，并视人员安排而定，我们可为无法亲自在场的家属安排合适的陪同 / 陪伴服务，并按需要保持沟通。
Husong 提供护理或医疗服务吗？
不提供。Husong 是非医疗性质的陪同与陪伴服务，不提供医疗建议、护理或临床操作、药物施用、洗澡、如厕、抱扶 / 搬移、喂食，也不代替客户或家属作医疗决定。如出现紧急医疗情况，应立即联系适当的医疗机构或紧急服务。
What companion services does Husong provide?
Husong provides trained, non-medical companion support for medical appointments, home companionship, simple everyday errands, shopping, dining, outdoor activities and social outings across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
What does Medical Appointment Companion include?
It can include registration and check-in, companionship throughout the appointment, non-clinical communication support where appropriate, collecting prescribed medication, follow-up appointment assistance and a simple report after the session.
What can Home Companion and Activity Companion help with?
Home Companion focuses on conversation, companionship, shared activities and simple everyday errands. Activity Companion can include shopping, café or restaurant visits, outdoor activities and social outings, tailored around individual interests, preferences and pace.
How much does Husong cost?
Medical Appointment Companion and Home & Activity Companion are RM50 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours (RM150). Transport, parking, activity materials and other agreed out-of-pocket costs, where applicable, are separate.
Are transport and parking included?
No. Husong’s hourly rate covers the companion service. Transport, parking, activity materials and other agreed out-of-pocket expenses are separate. If transport is required, the arrangement and related costs will be discussed before the booking is confirmed.
Are Husong companions trained?
Yes. Husong companions are trained and certified, with an ongoing commitment to service standards and professional development.
Will families receive updates during the service?
We stay in touch when updates are needed and provide a simple activity report at the end of each session, so families have a clearer picture of how the session went.

Husong currently provides services in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
How do I book Husong?
Complete the Husong Service Request Form with the date, location and the kind of companionship or support needed. We will review your needs and confirm availability based on our companion schedule. You can also contact us on WhatsApp if you would like to ask a question first.
Can someone accompany my parent to a medical appointment in KL?
Yes. Husong provides Medical Appointment Companion support in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, including accompaniment, registration or check-in, companionship during the appointment, collecting prescribed medication and follow-up appointment support. The service is non-medical.
I cannot take leave from work. Can Husong accompany my parent to a medical appointment?
Yes. If you are unable to attend because of work or other commitments, Husong can arrange a trained and certified companion, subject to availability, and provide a simple report after the session.
Can Husong help if I live overseas but my parent is in KL or Selangor?
Yes. Husong can support families who are not able to be physically present by arranging suitable companion support in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, subject to availability, with family communication when needed.
Does Husong provide nursing or medical care?
No. Husong provides non-medical companion and chaperone support. We do not provide medical advice, nursing or clinical procedures, medication administration, bathing, toileting, lifting or transfer assistance, feeding, or make healthcare decisions on behalf of the client or family. For urgent medical needs, the appropriate healthcare provider or emergency service should be contacted.
